i had a great time at the hotel over the long weekend. the staff was super friendly and the shuttle service was a lifesaver, making everything easy. definitely exceeded my last stay in albany with its comfortable beds and clean facilities.

breakfast was over by 9:20am.

Reasonably large and well-kept room, the bathroom was large. The location was marvellous and convenient, just next door to the airport and restaurants and airport and the market and easily accessible.

The staff here were super helpful! Our room had a cozy bed and a nice view to top it off. 🌇 Plus, they had a microwave and coffee & tea makers available for use, which was a nice touch.

Thoroughly enjoyed Albany, the hotel was nice and incredibly beautiful. Booked the venue for its marvellous location short walk to nice restaurants.

The hotel was very new and clean, which we loved. The location on Wolf Road was perfect for us, and having a coffee/breakfast shop nearby was a great convenience. The rooms had a modern design and were well-equipped with plenty of outlets for charging devices.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The food menu was limited and lacked healthy options, and they were out of fries when I ordered dinner.

Everything was excellent, we had a great 1 day here. Hopefully the room was updated with the bar and a very nice view. - the location was great and comfortable - just 5 minutes' walk from Times Union Center. - We liked the hotel overall.

I booked a double room online with a very nice view. The decor of the hotel was great. The staff were excellent and incredibly nice. The location was perfect, close enough to roam around the local area.

Excellent location, close to everything we wanted to do. We did have an issue with the cleanliness of the bathroom, but once we informed the staff they had it taken care of immediately. The breakfast was okay, but could have had more healthy options. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
